By interacting with the studio and acquiring our editions, you enter into a framework designed to protect the integrity of the work and the safety of your environment. These terms govern the use of our digital space and the acquisition of our physical objects.
All prices listed in the studio are in USD. Payment is required in full at the time of acquisition. Because we utilize botanical waxes and artisanal glass, we reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice. These changes reflect the fluctuating availability and cost of the raw materials required to maintain the structural integrity and olfactory depth of our editions. Once an order is documented, the price is locked and will not be altered for that specific transaction.
Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.
Each edition is a hand-poured study in small batches. Because we work with organic botanical waxes and artisanal glass, subtle shifts in color, texture, or scent profile may occur between series. These are not imperfections, but rather the fingerprints of the craft and the seasonal character of the raw materials.
Due to the singular nature of our craft, editions are not eligible for return or exchange once they have left the studio. We do not accept returns for scent preference or exchanges on editions that have been lit or opened.
We are committed to the physical integrity of the work. If an edition arrives damaged or compromised, please contact our Concierge within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will ensure a replacement is prepared for you.
If you receive the wrong edition, we will correct the order at no additional cost to you.

Moss & Oak Studio provides editions that are intended for atmospheric use only. By lighting one, the user acknowledges that fire is inherently dangerous and assumes all risk associated with its use.
It is the user's responsibility to follow all safety protocols outlined on The Ritual page. Never leave a burning flame unattended, keep away from flammable materials, and ensure the wick is trimmed to 5mm before each use. We are not responsible for damages arising from improper memory burns, soot accumulation from untrimmed wicks, or exceeding the recommended four-hour burn session.
Moss Oak LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our editions or digital space.
All content within the studio, including text, imagery, logos, product names, scent architecture, and design, is the property of Moss Oak LLC. It is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
