      Products

      All products are hand-poured in small batches. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, slight variations in colour, texture, and scent intensity may occur between batches. These are characteristics of the craft, not defects.

      Product photographs are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

      Orders & Payment

      All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.

      We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity.

      Returns & Exchanges

      Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on candles that have been lit or opened.

      If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at concierge@mossoakstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph. We will arrange a replacement.

      If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will correct the order at no additional cost to you.

      Moss Oak LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our candles are designed for home use. Please follow all care instructions provided on The Ritual page and exercise standard fire safety precautions.
