Every order is hand-packed with the same care that goes into the pour.
Processing
All orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. Each candle is inspected, wrapped, and packed by hand in our studio. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery
Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days. Calculated at checkout.
Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days. Available at checkout for an additional cost.
All shipments include tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Orders
We currently ship within the United States. Every order is shipped with care-appropriate packaging to protect the glass vessel during transit.
International
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are working to expand this in future editions. If you are outside the US and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please reach out at concierge@mossoakstudio.com or through our Inquiries page.
Damaged in Transit
If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us at concierge@mossoakstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
