Every order is hand-packed with the same care that goes into the pour. We view the journey from our studio to your sanctuary as a continuation of the ritual.
The Preparation
Orders are hand-packed within two to three business days. Each vessel is inspected and secured in tactile, care-appropriate packaging to ensure the glass arrives undisturbed. We process and dispatch orders during studio hours, Monday through Friday.
The Journey
Standard transit typically requires five to seven business days, while expedited options are available at checkout for those who require a swifter transition. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor its progress.
Domestic & International Scope
We currently provide shipping within the United States. While our reach is domestic for now, we are working toward expanding our international logistics for future editions. If you are outside the US, please reach out at concierge@mossoakstudio.com to be notified when global shipping opens.
Integrity in Transit
Should a vessel arrive compromised or damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will ensure a replacement is prepared and sent to you at no additional cost.
